Initially, I joined this program to understand the basics of it. As I went deeper, got to understand myself better and those around me. After analysing few samples, gained confidence and went further to analyse my family members handwriting. Their feedback gave me more confidence. Practising grapho-therapy, I have become energetic and calm. My sugar levels too are maintained at 123 to 126, which was at 160. My mission is to empower the Educators and thereby empower the students by this holistic approach.
