In her current role as Chief Marketing Officer at Fenesta Building Systems, she brings together innovation, storytelling, and strategic clarity—always with a human-centered approach. She is a BTech in Chemical Engineering with MBA in Sales & Marketing from a Top 10 B school in India.
Her professional journey has been driven by a deep curiosity about people—what motivates them, how they decide, and what truly connects them to ideas and brands. This curiosity naturally extended into the realm of graphology, where she is now a certified Graphologist and Graphotherapist, using the science of handwriting to decode behavior, unlock potential, and guide personal transformation.
An engineer and MBA by qualification, Susmita has also pursued executive & leadership programs from IIM Ahmedabad, ISB Hyderabad, IIM Bangalore and the National University of Singapore.
